Company property, personal information and right to work (UK)

Company equipment, systems, documents and data remain Company property and must be used for legitimate business purposes, kept secure, and returned in reasonable condition when the employee leaves or on request. Laptops, phones and access cards should be protected with the required authentication, kept up to date, and never left unattended in public places.

Employees must provide and keep up to date the personal information the Company needs to employ and pay them, including bank details, emergency contacts, and any change of name or address. Personal information is held in line with the Company's privacy notice and the UK GDPR.

Employees must be able to work in the UK and provide the documents needed for a right to work check before employment starts. The Company carries out the checks required by the Home Office and retains evidence as directed. Where sponsorship is relied on, the employee must tell HR immediately of any change affecting their visa conditions.
