You can take up to 52 weeks of maternity or adoption leave. Eligible employees receive Statutory Maternity or Adoption Pay for up to 39 weeks, and after 26 weeks of service the Company tops this up to full pay for the first 16 weeks. Partners can take up to 2 weeks of paternity leave on full pay, and eligible parents can share up to 50 weeks through Shared Parental Leave.
