Harassment and sexual harassment (UK)

The Company has zero tolerance for sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation or other inappropriate workplace behaviour. Harassment is unwanted conduct related to a protected characteristic, or conduct of a sexual nature, which has the purpose or effect of violating a person's dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.

An employee may report a concern to their manager, HR, another designated senior manager, or the Company's confidential reporting channel. Reports can be made informally where the employee prefers. Complaints are handled sensitively, kept confidential as far as reasonably possible, and investigated promptly and impartially. Retaliation against an individual for raising a genuine concern or taking part in an investigation is prohibited and may itself result in disciplinary action.

Support is available through the Employee Assistance Programme and, where appropriate, through occupational health or external specialist services.
